Greenwood Acres Civic Association fosters a spirit of community cooperation, interaction and communication among the residents of Greenwood Acres by supporting and promoting various social and civic activities, informing residents of local events and issues and enhancing neighborhood safety and security through increased awareness.

Save the date! We're bringing back the popular Spring/Summer party on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 3:00–5:00 PM, at the corner of Guinevere Drive and Guinevere Way. There will be wine, beer, and music for the adults and games and face-painting for the kids.

With the help of a GACA member with extensive nonprofit experience, we have modified our Bylaws to be in compliance with Georgia requirements for nonprofit corporations. We will be voting whether to accept these Bylaws at the June 1 event. To review the document, go to our Proposed Amendments page. If you have comments or questions, please submit them to GACA president Sue McCoy by 5:00 PM on Friday, May 17.

Area Events
Georgia will be holding primary elections on May 21, 2024. Several local races (like DeKalb CEO) will be decided in the primaries. For more information or to see your sample ballot, please visit https://sos.ga.gov.
